Al Sharpton Responds To Trump’s Criticism: “If Trump Really Thought I Was A Con Man Then He’d Be Nominating Me To His Cabinet!”

He calls 'em like he sees 'em.

Donald Trump has been on a roll (and hit a new, all-time low) recently with his relentless, racism-fueled attacks against anyone and everyone that dare to challenge him. He kicked things off a few weeks back with a series of hateful tweets geared at four different Congresswomen of color whom he told to “go back where they came from” after they had the audacity to speak out against the way Donald is running our country into the ground.

Since then, he’s launched an all-out attack against House Oversight Committee Chair Elijah Cummings, referring to his city of Baltimore as “rat-infested” after Cummings was recently granted permission to subpoena the emails of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner in regards to their unauthorized use of personal email and WhatsApp accounts to conduct government business.

Now, Trump’s most recent hateful outburst is against Rev. Al Sharpton who publicly condemned the president as “immature” and racist.

“I have known Al for 25 years. Went to fights with him & Don King, always got along well. He “loved Trump!” He would ask me for favors often. Al is a con man, a troublemaker, always looking for a score. Just doing his thing. Must have intimidated Comcast/NBC. Hates Whites & Cops!” Trump’s tweet read in which he attacked the beloved Reverend.

And Mr. Sharpton had absolutely no plans to stand for it — publically striking back at Trump with what could be the comeback of the year:

“If Trump really thought that I was a con man then he’d be nominating me to his cabinet!” Sharpton declared in a press conference.

Listen here Donnie boy, we’re done lying down and taking your bullshit. Rev. Sharpton and all the rest of us are coming for you.
