Americans Take Ted Cruz To Task Yet Again After Photos Catch Him Maskless At Bob Dole’s Funeral: “What A Piece Of Sh*t”

In case anyone reading this missed the memo: We are still very much in the middle of a pandemic.

This thing isn’t really getting any better yet, folks. People are still dying every single day, hospitals are still overrun and understaffed, new variants seem to be cropping up every time we turn around, many of which are are appearing to be resistant to our vaccinations — and speaking of those vaccines, hundreds of thousands of people are still outright refusing to get their COVID-19 shot, because apparently in America we have the “freedom” to kill ourselves and everyone around us, however we see fit.

With all that being said, it’s pretty clear that now is not the time to let our guard down. Far from it, actually, especially as we come into winter/flu season.

If ever there were a time to remain diligent, follow guidelines, listen to health experts, maintain high personal hygiene standards, social distance, and mask up — it’s literally now.

But, apparently, no one told Ted Cruz.

Or, rather, he just doesn’t give a damn.

Cancun’s finest transplant, the Zodiac Killer’s favorite scapegoat, and Texas’ biggest embarrassment, GOP Senator Ted Cruz, has been caught with his mask down throughout the course of this ongoing pandemic more times than we can count at this point. So many snapshots of him on a flight or in an airport or some other public area with his mask tucked under that pelican nose of his have made their way around social media, we seriously can’t keep up.

But, as you’d expect from any Republican halfwit, he still hasn’t learned his lesson, and continues to blatantly endanger everyone around him, without a care in the world, it seems.

Today, Cruz attended the funeral of the late Republican Kansas Senator and WWII veteran Bob Dole — someone Ted, as a true blue Conservative himself, should have a hell of a lot of respect for. But, it seems Ted’s respect for Dole goes about as far as his respect for his Texan constituents in a freak snowstorm, as photos of him from the funeral show him endangering every single life around him (many of which are elderly) when he was caught without a face mask… In the middle of a pandemic.

Quite literally, everyone around him was masked up, as they should be. But nevertheless, Ted didn’t even appear to have a face covering in his possession, unless he held it in his lap pretty much the entire time.

Often on flights and in airports, Cruz has gotten by on the excuse that his mask was pulled down so that he could eat or drink. But no one’s eating or drinking at a funeral, so that excuse is moot, at best.

As you’d expect, Americans quickly took him to task:

I don’t know if Cruz is just trying to be edgy, or make some sort of Right-wing point, or what exactly the man’s deal is. But you’re not accomplishing what you think you are, Ted. You’re just making sure that everyone knows, without a shadow of a doubt, that you’re a tool.
