Biden Press Secretary Owns GOP Senator, Responds To His Critical Tweet About President Biden During Press Briefing

President Joe Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki has been serving up piping hot burns to ignorant and idiotic members of the press since the very first time she set foot in that infamous briefing room. And now, a few months into her term with President Biden, she’s showing absolutely no signs of showing them any mercy.

To say the very least, the whole of the GOP is still quite bitter over Donald Trump’s embarrassing election loss, and when people like them are bitter, they get desperate and ridiculous.

One their claims of a fraudulent, stolen election held no water, the GOP as a whole moved on to the baseless, hair-brained claim that President Joe Biden somehow isn’t truly in control from his position within the White House.

Texas Republican Senator John Cornyn harped on this right-wing conspiracy theory again today when he shared a POLITICO article titled, The Biden White House media doctrine: Less can be more, and quoted a passage from the piece that noted the President has done very few cable news interviews, tweets rarely and professionally, and gives mostly scripted public comments.

During today’s press briefing, a reporter questioned Psaki about the Senator’s tweet. She served up the brutal own we’ve come to know, expect, and love from her, without missing a beat.

“I can confirm that the president of the United States does not spend his time tweeting conspiracy theories, he spends his time working on behalf of the American people,” Psaki responded when asked about the tweet.

Of course, she was taking a thinly-veiled hit at ex-President Trump and his proclivity for off-the-wall tweets during his time in office, before he was ultimately permanently banned from the social media platform for spreading dangerous misinformation.

Nice try, Senator. But Psaki will always have you beat.
