According to a bombshell new report from The Daily Beast, Fox News host Bill O’Reilly’s accuser is “blowing up her NDA,” speaking with the publication and detailing the sexual harassment and abuse she allegedly endured from the Conservative news network star.

Former Fox News producer Andrea Mackris settled with her former boss for $9 million, nearly 17 years ago. But now Mackris has decided to defy her non-disclosure agreement and is speaking out through The Daily Beast, graphically detailing the heinous alleged harassment O’Reilly put her through, including threatening and lewd phone calls as well as conversations where she claims he forced her to sit and listen to his sexual fantasies about her.

“Here was my boss, a man who held my career and future in his hands, acknowledging that he knew I’d never consented but he didn’t care,” the former Fox producer revealed.

“I may not get the past 17 years back,” she said, recalling the struggles she’s experienced in her career since accepting the settlement, “but there is one way I can retrieve my power from this storm of lies, loss, greed, and grief. It’s the same thing I did back in 2004 before Fox, Bill O’Reilly and their teams of willing executioners bound me to a contract that promises to ruin whatever is left of me if I dare do it again. Tell the truth. Walk free.”

While Mackris’ career struggled after the ordeal, O’Reilly’s of course continued to prosper and grow as he enjoyed lucrative contracts, book deals, and TV appearances. It took the recent, bombshell New York Times report detailing O’Reilly’s multi-million dollar payout scandal for the Conservative news network to cut the star out, but of course not without a $25 million severance parachute to keep him comfortable.

Mackris says she misses journalism, but still deeply struggles with trauma from her former boss’ actions in addition to fellow journalists who didn’t believe her story.

“My own profession reprinted the lies. They reprinted them around the world so they have been a part of the problem,” she explained. “My profession has not wanted to look at their role in this. I’m a journalist and a writer. It’s who I am, so to ask me to be something else is like really impossible. I never wanted to leave. I never thought that my career was going to end. I really thought they would hear the tapes.”
