On Thursday, CNN’s Don Lemon took issue with the coverage that former President Donald Trump seems to be getting. Lemon is right; after all, the coverage Trump got in 2016 helped to elect the former reality show star. On the other hand, Trump is mentally unstable, and it seems likely that the twice-impeached one-term president will get indicted, so that’s pretty much why we cover his crazy rantings here.
Our democracy is in jeopardy because of a raving lunatic that still thinks he won the presidential election he lost over seven months ago to Joe Biden in both the electoral and popular vote. But, Lemon has a point in that the news is inundated with news about the former president. Lemon said that Trump is a “font of misinformation” who is “living in a delusion.”
“He’s a very small, tiny, unhappy man who is living in a delusion, acting like a lounge act,” Lemon said. “The former president of the United States — think about this! — randomly shows up at people’s weddings at his estate down in Mar-a-Lago because that is the only outlet that he has to spread his misinformation. Let him have it!”

Lemon called out Trump for his bigotry, and as he said, “You can call people out; you can expose them,” but that doesn’t have to happen every day. Indeed, the news is repetitive, regurgitating the same ramblings from the former president. However, we disagree that Trump is a “very small” man, but we know what he meant. Trump is a former beauty pageant barker who was a careless and fatuous president with an unquenchable desire for praise and adulation. That said, it would be nice if reporting on that insane fuckmuppet is minimal in the news, but with indictments likely on his horizon, that won’t happen.
