Conservatives really think they got Joe Biden this time after the president stumbled up Air Force One’s stairs at Joint Base Andrews. It’s almost as if Trump supporters were in a coma during the last four years. Trump even forgot his own wife’s name once and referred to her as Melanie. Trump is a septuagenarian just as Biden is, but for some reason, Trump supporters have consistently meme’d the former president as some sort of Rocky Balboa.
And Donald Trump has had multiple issues with ramps and stairs, so there’s that. In one video, Trump was captured walking up the stairs of Air Force One with toilet paper stuck on his shoe. In another, it appeared that the former president had not mastered the uncomplicated task of closing an umbrella. We could list Trump’s gaffes and inability and/or fear of walking up the stairs, but it would take all day.
Suddenly, Trumpers are worried that Biden has access to the nuclear codes.

Both guys are elderly. In the meantime, Trump needed help walking down a ramp, took tons of weekends off to ride in a golf cart, suggested that we should look at injecting disinfectants directly into lungs, and said covid would just magically disappear. Not the best comparison.

Well, we remember the twice-impeached former president’s time in office, and we get it; Trumpers are projecting their former president’s failings onto Joe Biden — because he tripped. And I’m not even going to get into how accident-prone I am. But one thing is certain: Joe Biden is handling the coronavirus pandemic. Trump surrendered to it without putting up a fight.
