Mike Lindell, chief executive of Minnesota-based MyPillow Inc., has continued to regurgitate former President Donald Trump’s election lies, even to the point of claiming that the twice-impeached one-term president will be reinstated, even though no mechanism in the Constitution will allow that. Former presidents are not “reinstated” to the presidency in the U.S. after they lose an election, and Trump lost to Joe Biden in both the electoral and popular vote.
Previously, the pillow salesman claimed that Trump would be reinstated on August 13. And according to New York Times’s Maggie Haberman, Trump also thought he would be reinstated on that day. According to a Reuters’ fact-check, Trump supporters have unsuccessfully claimed several dates that the former president would be back in office, such as on inauguration day (Jan. 20) and March 4.
Well, now, predictably, the goalposts are moving again, and Lindell claims that “nothing has changed other than we’re off by some months here,” even though President Joe Biden is still in the White House, and it’s well past August. Lindell is giving Trump a few more months to be back in power.
Watch:
Mike Lindell gives an update. He says he was just “hoping” that the election would be overturned in Aug, but he may have just been off a few months. Says everything is still going according to plan, all he has to do now is “tack on” state AGs to his lawsuit and he will be ready. pic.twitter.com/89UIgqkOe3

I’m at the point where I can’t tell anymore if it’s a grift or if he really believes it.

Doesn’t he have any family that can do an intervention, maybe get him some help? He clearly needs it.
This way we don’t have to see him embarrass himself every few weeks. Win win!

I really think his sobriety has been compromised. Doesn’t he have any family or friends? Surely if someone gave a damn about him they’d get him the help he sorely needs.
