Don Jr.’s Book “Triggered” Is Replaced On NY Best Sellers List By “A Warning,” Book That Criticizes Trump

The RNC didn't buy this one in bulk either.

As we’re all painfully aware by this point, Donald Trump Jr.’s book Triggered made its way to the top of the New York Times bestseller list recently with more than a little help from Daddy Donald and the Republican National Convention — which was proven to have purchased the book in bulk quantities, leading to the little dagger symbol accompanying the title on the Times’ list to indicate that bulk purchases were made.

Junior and his pops spent a significant amount of time and Twitter space bragging about the supposed success and simply ignoring the fact that they outright cheated their way to the top (as usual) all while seemingly forgetting how much they’re supposed to entirely loathe the New York Times.

But don’t you fret, the Trump clan will be right back to expressing their overwhelming hatred for the popular publication all over social media and throughout every speaking engagement for the next six months, and Junior’s book has quickly been dethroned — by none other than the exploding book that’s highly critical of Donald Trump and his administration, A Warning, penned by an anonymous White House official.

In the latest release of the newspaper’s “Combined Print & E-Book Nonfiction” bestsellers list, Junior’s book, which was released on the 5th of this month, now sits at number 2 after A Warning’s November 19th release quickly took the lead — without the little dagger indicator, mind you.

The champion over Junior’s Triggered was penned by the same anonymous author and White House official (it’s unclear whether the individual still works within the White House) who authored the explosive New York Times op-ed last year that took a deep dive into the secret resistance inside the Trump administration.

The Times’ list describes A Warning as offering “an assessment of the president and makes a moral appeal.”

The new bestseller has unsurprisingly been met with a plethora of opposition from both current and former Trump administration officials.

“It doesn’t read to me like somebody that’s spent real time with the president,” former press secretary Sarah Sanders said of the explosive new book during a recent appearance on Fox News, reiterating similar statements from that of Stephanie Grisham and Sean Spicer.

When it comes down to it, we can all expect a rather explosive Twitter tantrum aimed at the Times in a matter of moment. Until then, please excuse me while I go buy myself a new book.
