Donald Trump Breaks His Silence On “Texas Massacre” And It’s Worse Than We Even Expected: It’s A Moment In Time Which Will Never Be Forgotten!”

It's worse than we even thought it would be.

Yesterday, an 18-year-old high school student turned gunman, Salvador Ramo, opened fire on Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, where he managed to shoot and kill at least 21 innocent human beings — 19 children and two teachers in one fourth-grade classroom.

The massacre was the state of Texas’s most deadly school shooting in modern history, the nation’s third most deadly shooting, just after the 2007 Virginia Tech shooting and 2012 Sandy Hook shooting, and the country’s third deadly mass shooting in a matter of weeks.

Since news broke of the deadly shooting that claimed so many lives of so many innocent babies, I have been steadily keeping an eye out for word on the subject from ex-President Trump — the same ex-president who claims to be both staunchly pro-life and pro-gun.

I was honestly surprised when I looked at his spokeswoman Liz Harrington’s Twitter page this morning and still, there was nothing. In fact, Harrington hasn’t posted anything at all on Twitter since the 23rd.

Now, Trump has been heavily laying into his own (failing) social media platform here lately, publicly stating on several different occasions that he would be leaning into posting “Truths” on Truth Social, rather than other available social media platforms — which I guess makes sense, considering he’s banned from pretty much all the rest of them.

So, I signed up.

And lo and behold…

While it looks like the disgraced former president didn’t post anything about the horrendous deadly shooting yesterday, he did take to his Truth Social account with a relatively short “Truth” regarding the Texas “massacre,” as he called it. And, to be frank, it was even more nauseating than we were even really prepared for?

“So hard to think or report about anything else after watching the Texas school ‘massacre’ which took place yesterday,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, putting the word massacre in quotations for reasons we’re unsure on. “Thank you to the great wisdom and bravery of our Law Enforcement Professionals, and condolences to all who are suffering so gravely with the loss of those incredible souls so close to you. No words can express the sorrow and grief of this absolutely horrible event. It is a moment in time which will never be forgotten!”

Given that Truth Social is a vacuum for Right-wing nutjobs, the responses to Trump’s post were every bit as nauseating as his statement was.

You need an account to actually see the post on the website, but we grabbed a screenshot:

It will be forgotten, Donald. It will be forgotten before the week’s end. It will be forgotten and unhinged and unchecked gun “rights” remain intact while the parents of 19 children bury their babies in the coming days. And we’ll be right on to the next.
