Donald Trump called into “Fox & Friends” on Friday morning, and it was a batshit crazy interview, of course. And it’s not like Americans don’t have enough to worry about amid the pandemic that’s taken nearly seventy-six thousand lives in the United States. Still, we have to watch a president ramble about stupid shit every day while heaping praise on those who praise him.
Trump lashed out at the media on Twitter late last month, calling for journalists to be sued and demanding they return their “Noble Prizes [SIC]” over their work in reporting on Russian interference in the 2016 US elections. Trump doesn’t know the difference between the Nobel Prize and the Pulitzer Prize, apparently.
So, President Stable Genius gave us some insight on Friday to let us know who he thinks should win Pulitzer Prizes: Sean Hannity, and hosts Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham for their coverage of his administration. Trump said they should get the “equivalent” of a Pulitzer, and I just don’t know what that means.
“Sean, you look at Sean Hannity, what he’s done. I mean, he should get the equivalent of the Pulitzer Prizes, and Laura Ingraham, and in all fairness, Tucker,” Trump said. “Tucker would do the “Russia, Russia, Russia” bit and laugh about it every night for two years. And your show. I mean, look, your show has been not exactly a believer in the hoax, but you look over to the other side, CNN, which is a very dishonest group.”
“These people are just purely sick. And MSDNC, and it’s — they’re doing everything, and now they are very embarrassed and they don’t know what to do because they’ve been caught,” Trump added.

Literally nothing in Trump’s rant made sense, and we’re in the middle of a national crisis, so I don’t think Americans care about which right-wing media personality bent down to grab their ankles more for this president.
