He doesn't even try to hide it!

Let’s be frank, ex-President Donald Trump’s love and admiration for cruel dictators is nothing new. It’s certainly never been some well-kept secret, by any stretch of the means. In fact, just a few weeks ago, following Russian dictatorial President Vladimir Putin’s violent and devastating invasion and attack against Ukraine, one former Trump administration official, Stephanie Grisham, spoke out specifically on her former boss’ deep-seated love and obsession for dictators and the details were enough to quite literally make our skin crawl.

But what gets me more than anything, I think, is Donald Trump’s own personal willingness and frankly excitement to share with the entire world how close he is to some of the world’s cruelest, most heinous people.

As mentioned above, and as we’re all so painfully aware, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin violently invaded and attacked the country of Ukraine a little over a month ago and continues to this day to engage in a devastating, senseless, ongoing war against the nation. But nevertheless, the man who spent four long, tumultuous years as the literal leader of the United States of America, continues to not only openly praise the man at every chance he gets, but proudly brags about how close he is to the heinous dictator at every given opportunity.

Tonight, Trump is currently deep in the middle of yet another MAGA rally, this time in Washington Township, Michigan at the Michigan Stars Sports Center. And wouldn’t you know, he’s already proudly bragging to the crowd about how well he “knows” not only Russian dictator Vladimir Putin but also North Korea’s Kim Jong-un and China’s President Xi Jinping.

“I knew Putin very well…” Trump bragged to the crowd this evening before mocking the people who point out Trump’s relationship with the unhinged dictator in a negative light. He then goes on to add, “That’s a good thing, not a bad thing. I know Kim Jong-un. I know President Xi of China. And you know what? We had no conflict, remember?”

We had “no conflict” not because Donald Trump was some sort of powerful, feared leader. We had “no conflict” because these God-awful human beings considered Donald Trump a close pal and he was often doing their bidding at every turn. That is NOT a “good thing.”
