Dr. Fauci Speaks Out, Seems To Take A Subtle Jab At The White House After COVID-19 Outbreak

A subtle 'I told ya so.'

Over the course of this disastrous coronavirus pandemic that the United States just can’t seem to get a true handle on thanks to the sorry excuse for “leadership” around here, we’ve watched in horror as multiple medical and health professionals have bowed to the whims of Donald Trump at the sake of their own reputations — I’m lookin’ at you, Deborah Birx.

However, one man has stayed tried and true, no matter what ridiculous or downright disturbing tomfoolery the president has gotten himself into.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, has refused to waver amid all this ridiculousness since the very get-go and has truly served as the only one brave enough to proudly stand up against the dangerous antics of the Trump administration.

To say that Dr. Fauci is a respectable man would be an understatement. So, we certainly never expected him to hop up with a rowdy “HAHA! I told ya so!” as the Trump administration turned into a cesspool of COVID-19 infections right before our eyes, with the President himself at the center of it all.

However, Fauci wasn’t about to let all of this transpire without reminding the American people that it didn’t have to be this way — with what appeared to be a subtle jab aimed directly at the White House.

During a virtual conversation with students and families at American University today, Fauci offered this pointed statement regarding the coronavirus outbreak in the White House:

It’s an unfortunate situation when you see something like that because that could have been prevented.”

During the virtual talk, one student asked Fauci for recommendations on how to handle family members who still don’t believe the virus is a real threat, or don’t take this deadly pandemic seriously.

“Right now we have 210,000 people who have died and 7.3 million people (who) have been infected,” Fauci answered. “Globally, there are over 1 million people who have died. That is not a hoax.”

“You can’t say that people all over the world and American allies are all lying and calling it a hoax,” he added.

If only this country had listened to him from the start — How different things would be.
