Let’s be honest — ex-President Donald Trump has a LOT going on right now. Things are far from over with the January 6th House Select Committee’s investigation into the violent Capitol attack and Trump’s specific role in inciting that violence, New York Attorney General Letitia James is going full speed ahead with a brutal $250 million civil lawsuit against his corrupt family company, the US Department of Justice has multiple investigations raging against him ranging from the January 6th attack to the stolen document scandal, the state of Georgia is coming after him for alleged election crimes in the state, the midterm elections were a complete disaster for the Republican Party, as was his big 2024 campaign launch announcement, and his longtime Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg is seeming to slowly but surely turn on him in the Manhattan criminal investigation into the family company’s alleged tax schemes and financial crimes.

It’s been a rough few weeks for the ex-president and it’s only going to get worse…

Earlier this year, we reported on the news that world-renowned journalist and alleged Trump victim E. Jean Carroll planned to file a new lawsuit against former President Trump, in addition to her ongoing defamation lawsuit against him, accusing him of sexual battery under a new adult sexual violence survivor law in the state of New York.

The bombshell lawsuit stems from an alleged assault hailing back to the 1990s when Carroll claims Donald Trump, the man who would go on to be the president of the United States, violently raped her in the fitting room of the Bergdorf Goodman department store. The sexual battery suit will serve as an escalation of the previous litigation that the longtime notable advice columnist already has against the now-former president.

News broke today that Carroll will officially be moving forward with that explosive lawsuit in a Manhattan court on Thanksgiving Day.

The lawsuit says that Carroll kept silent on the brutal rape, saying that she “concluded that if she accused Donald Trump of rape he would bury her in threats and lawsuits, and she would probably lose her reputation, not to mention everything she had worked for and achieved.”

E. Jean Carroll is far from the only woman to credibly accuse Donald Trump of sexual assault, violence, harassment, and even rape, and she says in her lawsuit that she wants “to tell her own story on her own terms.”
