Classy and selfless unlike Trump.

The Buffalo protester whom Donald Trump viciously attacked by accusing him of being an “Antifa provocateur” has responded with three words that should drive him crazy.

During a confrontation, police pushed 75-year-old Martin Gugino to the ground so hard that blood was coming out of his ears. He required immediate hospitalization. The whole incident was caught on video, resulting in the officers involved being suspended and 57 officers resigning from the unit he met with (but not the department) in protest of the punishment.

Of course, Gugino was not a threat to police during the protest against racial injustice and police brutality, meaning the police had no cause to become violent toward him.

The video sparked mass outrage across the country and around the world and made it clear that the police are out of control.

On Tuesday morning, however, Trump commented on the incident by defending the police and argued that Gugino fell hard on purpose before accusing him of being part of Antifa.

The smear drew instant condemnation.

In his own response to Trump’s attack, Gugino exhibited class as he uttered three simple words to the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle.

“No comment other than Black lives matter,” Gugino said, still fighting for the cause instead of making it about himself like Trump often does.

In addition, Gugino is out of the hospital and said he expects to recover.

“Just out of the ICU,” he said. “Should recover eventually.”

The same cannot be said of Trump’s soul.
