Former Marine Claims Troops Are Now Discussing “Dosobeying Unlawful” Orders From Trump As They Expect Him To Turn to The Military To Keep Him In Power

He should really watch who he calls 'losers.'

As more and more reports trickle in, telling of the disrespect that President Donald Trump allegedly has towards members of the United States military, it seems as though the military may now be turning their backs on him too.

Former Marine who served in Iraq and Democratic Representative Seth Mouton recently sat down for a remote interview with MSNBC’s Alex Witt and wasted absolutely no time in criticizing Donald Trump for his alleged comments, calling fallen American service members “losers” and “suckers.” But things got even more serious when Mouton revealed that the disdain for and dissatisfaction with the current president runs deep in the US military.

The MSNBC host asked the former Marine how current and former members of the United States military feel about their current commander-in-chief, and Mouton cut right to the chase.

Witt asked, “What have you heard from troops? Those that are your constituent, veterans that have come home or those who you’re in contact?”

“Well, I’m not going to speak for every veteran,” Mouton responded, “but I can’t tell you how many have reached out to me and said that they have discussions now in the military about what it means to disobey unlawful orders, because they fully expect them from the commander in chief. There are a lot of people, even inside the White House, who believe that he’s going to try to get the military to keep him in power after he loses this election to Joe Biden.”

“There are troops who are just embarrassed by having this draft-dodging coward serving as their commander in chief and I’ve never heard that before,” the Marine-turned-lawmaker continued. “You know, I was in a war that I disagreed with. I did four tours in Iraq even though I disagreed. I voted against George W. Bush twice, but I never thought that George W. Bush would betray the troops, denigrate my service, would think that I was a sucker, in Trump’s words, for signing up.”

“There’s no one on active duty who wants to hear that from a commander in chief and that’s why you see the support from the military going down further and further,” Mouton added in conclusion.

We’ve long been speculating that Trump will very likely attempt to call on the United States Armed Forces to help keep him in power if/when he loses the impending election to Jow Biden.

However, if this assessment from Mouton is correct, it seems as though Donald will be left high and dry by a military that will refuse to carry out his unlawful, self-serving orders — proving that Donald Trump is not, in fact, the dictator he’s always hoped to be.
