A lot of things regarding Trump’s personal life have ended up the center of attention in the media over the years — which is to be expected when you’re in the position of something as high profile as the presidency of the United States. Since his time in the White House, we’ve seen talk about everything from Trump’s hair that looks like it’s simply dying to break free from his head and run away, his orange makeup line that makes it appear as though whoever has the job of fixing him up is in on a longstanding inside joke, or the way he drinks from a water bottle as if the contents are extra spicy or explosive.
It’s just part of it, being in the spotlight like that, and made even more so by the fact that ole Donnie just gives us so much material to work worth.
But nothing has found itself at the center of speculation quite as much as Donald Trump’s relationship, or lack thereof, with his third wife and now-outgoing First Lady Melania Trump.
As I’m sure you’ve noticed over the course of this dog and pony show, there have been many an occasion where Donald would reach for his beloved’s hand, only to be quickly rebuffed, ignored, or downright swatted away by Ms. I Don’t Really Care, Do U? People across the country and around the globe have tossed out their own ideas as to why Melania never seems to be interested in the small act of PDA with her hubs.

However, perhaps the most interesting of those theories came from none other than longtime Trump pal, Geraldo Rivera during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen a few years back.
Rivera found himself in the hot seat during a round of the game, Plead the Fifth, on the show when he was asked to weigh in on the whole Stormy Daniels/Donald Trump affair situation. “I think there’s no corroborating evidence,” Rivera stated. “[The] Me Too [movement] has made me want to believe every person who makes an allegation. But with Stormy Daniels, I don’t see any corroborating evidence.”
However, the topic quickly switched lanes with the host asking, “Why doesn’t Melania want to hold his hand?”
“Whatever it is, I don’t want to get between them,” Geraldo responded with a laugh. “I think there is meaning between every one of those gestures.”
Well, that is certainly vague, but most definitely interesting. Would you care to weigh in on what you think the meaning is?
