I can only imagine Ghislaine Maxwell thought things couldn’t possibly get any worse for her after she was convicted on five out of six of the federal charges lodged against her, including sex trafficking a minor — in connection to the massive sex trafficking ring she helped run with her now-deceased former boyfriend, the infamous abuser Jeffrey Epstein.
But apparently, it can get worse.
According to a new report from the DailyMail, a friend of the convicted British socialite revealed that Maxwell’s secret husband, tech entrepreneur Scott Borgerson, ended his relationship with Epstein’s accomplice over the phone, while she was behind bars in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Apparently, Borgerson dumped his wife of 5-years, with whom he’s had a rather secretive relationship the entire time, during what the insider described as a “confrontational” phone call, while Maxwell was being held in solitary confinement. Her husband ultimately told her that he “had moved on and was seeing someone else,” according to the report.

To make matters all the worse for the convicted child sex trafficker — who’s already had a year full of complaints, namely with regard to the living conditions she allegedly experienced while in jail awaiting her trial — the New York Post reports that her secret husband’s “someone else” is actually a yoga teacher with “an ass that could crack open a walnut.”
According to the report, Borgerson has been spotted packing on the PDA around his hometown of Manchester-by-the-Sea in Massachusetts — the same exact area where Ghislaine was said to have been hiding out inside her husband’s oceanside mansion back in the summer of 2019, when she was on the run from authorities in connection to her crimes with Epstein.
The relationship and marriage between Maxwell and Borgerson has been cloaked in secrecy since its inception, with her 2016 matrimony to a “secret husband” only going public following the release of court documents that revealed her marital status on the heels of her July 2020 arrest.
Now, if you’re anything like me, you’re wondering why in the Hell this marriage was even still a thing at this point, if your spouse was a well-known associate and former partner of someone as heinous as Jeffery Epstein, and stood accused of absolutely brutal sex crimes involving literal children. But according to the DailyMail’s report, Borgerson previously had every intention of staying by his wife’s side. It was ultimately Maxwell’s extended incarceration that put a strain on the relationship for the tech entrepreneur.
“She has been behind bars for 549 days now. It put a terrible strain on the marriage,” an inside source told the DailyMail.
But the child molesting didn’t???
