Former Bush adviser Karl Rove showed his face on Fox News to whine about former President Barack Obama’s commencement address and called it a “political drive-by shooting” against President Donald Trump.
Obama did not even directly mention Trump or the Trump administration over the weekend when he spoke to the entire graduating Class of 2020, which he observed is being forced to grow up too fast because the response to the coronavirus by the supposed adults in charge has been so reckless and incompetent.
“More than anything, this pandemic has fully, finally torn back the curtain on the idea that so many of the folks in charge know what they’re doing,” Obama said. “A lot of them aren’t even pretending to be in charge.”
Indeed, Obama is right and he appropriately brought up the failure of leadership during this crisis to highlight the struggle these new graduates are going through right now and to urge them to make the world better.
Of course, Fox News lashed out at Obama by questioning his articulacy even as they defend Trump, a man who likely doesn’t know the definition of the word.

Trump himself would throw a temper tantrum against Obama by laughably calling him “incompetent” before retreating inside the White House like a whiny little b*tch.
Again, 90,000 Americans are dead because Trump dropped the ball on this pandemic.
But Rove joined the collective right-wing hissy fit against Obama by being a complete hypocrite.
“It is so unseemly for a former president to take the virtual commencement ceremony for a series of historically black colleges and universities and turn it into a political drive-by shooting,” Rove said.

Obama’s address was not even close to being a “political drive-by shooting.” But you know who is the master of real political drive-by shootings? Karl Rove. And Twitter users reminded everyone of how much of a hypocritical snake he is.

Obama highlighted the reality of this crisis, which conservatives are desperate to deny because it proves they are incapable of governing. That’s the truth, something Rove and Trump are both unfamiliar with.
