Following her father’s footsteps of seeking shelter, outgoing first daughter Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have reportedly found a bunker of their own, having forked over a $30 million-plus for a lot of land on Miami’s fancy pants and high-security Indian Creek Island — known as the “Billionaire’s Bunker,” Page Six reports. Previously, according to a report, the couple had planned to pick back up where they left off in New York — but NY society has shunned them. The Trumps are loathed in New York, so it looks like they’re headed for Florida after viewing numerous properties and lots of land in the Miami and Palm Beach area.
I don’t think this will stop any investigations, though.
The private, guarded and gated Indian Creek Island is also one of the most secure places in Florida, as it boasts a 13-man police force for just 29 residences.
“It is believed the couple purchased Lot 4, which was owned by Julio Iglesias, to build a bayfront estate,” the report continues. “The sale closes on Dec. 17, we’re told. It measures 1.84 acres with 200 feet of private waterfront. The lot was for sale at $31.8 million. Taxes are $472,764 a year.”
The swanky area is just over an hour’s drive from Donald Trump’s gaudy estate, Mar-a-Lago.
Javanka’s new house is reportedly on a private island in the Miami area that, at one point a few years ago, was said to boast the single most expensive street in America. https://t.co/L9LMPB8GX9

Well, this is interesting.
Note also that Florida allows homeowners to shelter virtually unlimited assets in their home in bankruptcy.

According to multiple reports, Trump has discussed issuing pardons to not only his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, but the president’s three oldest children, too, and that includes princess Ivanka. Investigations had ensued since 2019 into Trump’s business dealings and have since grown to include consulting fees that were deducted to reduce the president’s taxable income, according to Politico. The investigations have subpoenaed the Trump Organization recently, and some of those consulting fees appear to have gone to Ivanka Trump. So, Ivanka can’t be pardoned from state crimes. She’s going to need that bunker.
