Lindsey Graham Just Implied That Trump Is Too Incompetent To Form A Quid Pro Quo

The beginning of the end of Donald Trump’s reign of terror over this country is finally upon us. And it’s all because he just couldn’t be satisfied with getting away with foreign interference into our election once — he had to give it a second try.

It all came crashing down on Donnie’s head when a brave whistleblower came forward to call out Trump on his attempted shady dealings with the president of Ukraine — in which he tried to extort the country into giving him dirt on his political opponent, Democratic 2020 candidate Joe Biden, by holding things like military aid and funding and a meeting between himself and Volodymyr Zelensky over the Ukrainian president’s head.

As a result of the whistleblower’s admission, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has finally opened a formal impeachment inquiry into Donald Trump and frankly, the results of the investigation have not been on his side.

In a frantic, last-ditch attempt to cover his own ass, Donald released a doctored copy of the transcript of his call with Zelensky that started this whole ordeal — yet even in its altered state, it pointed to a pretty clear attempt at a quid pro quo on Trump’s part. And since then, those that have been brave enough to defy Trump’s orders and testify before the House Intelligence Committee have confirmed the existence of Donald’s impeachable offense.

So to say the least, there are a lot of frantic GOPers out there right now who are shaking in their boots, grasping desperately at the tiniest of straws they can find to either excuse or deny Trump’s behavior.

And who is leading the pack on the GOP’s ridiculous antics? None other than Senator Lindsey Graham. They don’t call him “Lapdog” Lindsey for nothing, folks. He’s out there earning that title.

But it seems that the Republicans are running so low on legitimate excuses that the South Carolina Senator has now resorted to some rhetoric that Donald isn’t going to be fond of.

While speaking with reporters today, Graham pretty blatantly insinuated that the quid pro quo couldn’t possibly be legitimate because Trump just doesn’t have the common sense nor the competency to actually enact one.

“What I can tell you about the Trump policy towards the Ukraine [sic]… It was incoherent,” Graham said when speaking on the quid pro quo. “It depends on who you talk to. They seem to be incapable of forming a quid pro quo. So, no. I find the whole process to be a sham and I’m not gonna legitimize it.”

I’ll give Graham one thing… He can flip flop faster than anyone I’ve ever seen. Make up your damn mind, dude.

I just have a feeling that Trump’s not going to be too pleased with the “he’s too stupid to do it” line of defense.
