Melania Responds To Kavanaugh’s Confirmation, Contradicts Herself In Disgusting Statement

Michelle Obama NEVER would have done this.

As Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation will get its final vote today, America has been bombarded with disgusting Republican statement after disgusting Republican statement about how much he deserves this position, even after being accused of sexual assault by multiple women and coming completely unhinged during his hearing.

One person we’re not used to hearing so much from is First Lady Melania Trump. Unlike former First Lady Michelle Obama, Melania has yet to show much initiative in her own projects, which are few and far between. She’s barely seen in the White House and at events, but this week she made headlines as she toured Africa. Part of this was because of her own comments on Judge Kavanaugh, but much of it was because the First Lady made no effort to hide how racist she is.

In one example, Melania weighed in on Kavanaugh’s confirmation while visiting the pyramids in Egypt. In speaking to reporters, Melania gave a very contradictory statement in which she fully supported a man who was accused of sexual assault, and yet expressed support for his accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. She said:

I think he’s highly qualified for the Supreme Court. I’m glad that Dr. Ford was heard.”

Does Melania truly have a stance on anything?

But that wasn’t the only weird thing she said in Egypt. Clearly frustrated that her racist actions still make headlines, Melania complained that she wished people would focus on what she does more than what she wears. To be fair, it’s hard to focus on what someone does when they don’t really do anything.

Melania is referring to the criticism she got while on a safara in Kenya, in which the First Lady offended all Africans by wearing a pith helmet — a symbol of colonial rule in Africa. Melania thinks wearing a symbol of status and oppression is no big deal, and she wants people to stop calling her out for it.

The behavior is so unbecoming of a First Lady and truly makes us miss Michelle Obama.
