According to a bombshell claim from Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer, supplies to combat the massive coronavirus outbreak are now being withheld from her state after Donald Trump went on Sean Hannity last night and launched a disgusting public attack against her.
Last night, Trump declared on Hannity’s show, “We’ve had a big problem with the young — a woman governor. You know who I’m talking about — from Michigan.” He then went on to issue what sounded as though it could be a threat when he stated, “Now she wants a declaration of emergency and, you know, we’ll have to make a decision on that.”
According to a revelation made by said “woman governor” during a radio interview with local station WWJ News Radio vendors are now “being told” not to send desperately needed supplies to her state to help combat that enormous influx of coronavirus patients.
“What I’ve gotten back is that vendors with whom we’ve procured contracts — they’re being told not to send stuff to Michigan,” Whitmer explained on the radio show. “It’s really concerning, I reached out to the White House last night and asked for a phone call with the president.”
It seems that the Michigan governor was ringing the White House around the same time Trump was sitting on Hannity’s show complaining about the governer’s lack of gratitude towards him and his “assistance.”
“We’ve had a big problem with the young — a woman governor,” Trump said in his full statement on the Fox New segment. “You know who I’m talking about — from Michigan. We don’t like to see the complaints. […] She doesn’t get it done, and we send her a lot. Now, she wants a declaration of emergency, and, you know, we’ll have to make a decision on that. But Michigan is a very important state. I love the people of Michigan.”
Someone with some authority desperately needs to realize that we don’t get to pick and choose who receives life-saving supplies based on who’s nice to Trump and who’s not — and then they need to immediately do something about it before thousands more die.
