Things are heating up as the final vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, a man who has been accused of sexually assaulting several women when he was younger, is set for tomorrow. Ahead of the vote, Stormy Daniels lawyer Michael Avenatti has issued a challenge to Kavanaugh, as the lawyer is representing Julie Swetnick, one of the many women who have accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting them.

In a heated Twitter post, Avenatti stated that if Kavanaugh was so certain that he had never sexually assaulted anyone, he should sue. Avenatti tweeted:

If Brett Kavanaugh & his supporters are so convinced that all of the scores of women (inc my client) are lying, he is innocent, he has been so wronged, & his reputation has been damaged for no reason, then he should sue us all-TODAY. I hope that he does so we can prove the truth!”

Swetnick raised eyebrows when she followed Dr. Christine Blasey Ford in accusing Kavanaugh, stating that Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge, would spike punch at parties to help boys take advantage of girls when he was in high school. Swetnick stated that she herself was a victim of Kavanaugh’s horrific behavior and was sure there were other victims, too.

Like most conservative white men, including our own president, Kavanaugh denied all the allegations of sexual assault. Avenatti is now clearly daring him to sue, which should not be a problem at all if Kavanaugh’s as innocent as he says he is.
