Donald Trump’s former personal attorney and self-described “fixer” Michael Cohen recently made an appearance on NBC’s Meet The Press and made it well known and crystal clear to anyone who might be wondering, he’s confident that New York prosecutors who are currently neck-deep in their investigation into the Trump Organization “could indict Donald Trump tomorrow if they really wanted and be successful.”

Fresh off his house arrest sentence, Cohen spoke with NBC and discussed both of the ongoing investigations against the ex-president and his organization, led by the Manhattan district attorney as well as the New York district attorney. Both investigations take aim at a series of financial crimes potentially committed by Trump’s Organization, namely alleged efforts to fraudulently inflate the worth of his various assets with the intent of securing more desirable financial deals.

According to Cohen, who has publicly admitted to working closely with prosecutors on several occasions, numerous other witnesses have now been pulled into the investigation, and he himself has turned out “thousands and thousands” of documents in connection to the cases against the former president.

NBC host Chuck Todd asked Cohen if he was “confident you did help Donald Trump commit crimes.”

“I can assure you that Donald Trump is guilty of his own crimes,” Trump’s former fixer responded. “Was I involved in much of the inflation and deflation of his assets? The answer to that is yes.”

Cohen ultimately declined to go into too much detail regarding the case, claiming that he didn’t want to “tip off Trump or the Trump Organization’s people about what is actually happening.”

However, the former personal attorney did make it crystal clear that prosecutors and investigators have set their sights on not only the ex-president but his family as well.

“You can bet your bottom dollar that Allen Weisselberg is not, and I truly mean this, Allen Weisselberg is not the key to this,” Cohen revealed, referring to the Trump Organizations longtime CFO who was recently charged with 15 felonies in connection to the investigation.

“They are going after Donald. They’re going after Don Jr., Eric, Ivanka, a whole slew of individuals — family as well,” Cohen added.

Todd asked Cohen if he believes the Trump Organization is a “criminal enterprise,” to which the former Trump fixer responded, “I don’t even know how to answer that. Are they a criminal enterprise? Let’s just say that they committed crimes.”
