As I’m sure you’re well aware now, Donald Trump was handed down an absolutely brutal ruling for the United States Supreme Court this morning, in which Chief Justice John Roberts along with two of Trump’s very own Supreme Court nominees, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, opined and ruled that Donald J. Trump is not exempt or immune from the Grand Jury in regard to the tax return documents he’s been trying to keep hidden from the public since the beginning of his campaign days.
Trump’s attorneys have repeatedly tried to assert that the president is not subject to the rulings of the Grand Jury because he’s, well, the president. However, when it comes to the Southern District of New York, which has been trying like hell to get their hands on the infamous Trump tax returns for literal years now, the Supreme Court ultimately said: “not s’much, Donnie.”
In the end, Trump managed to squeak away without having to answer to Congress regarding his almost assuredly crooked as hell taxes. But that’s done absolutely nothing to stanch the massive freakout Donald’s been rapidly spiraling into ever since the ruling came down this morning.
And frankly, if we know Donald Trump at all by now, that humongous tantrum is about to get even worse now that his self-sworn enemy, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, has responded to the Supreme Court ruling that’s likely going to bury the president.

In a statement today, responding to the ruling, Pelosi said:
A careful reading of the Supreme Court rulings related to the President’s financial records is not good news for President Trump.
The Court has reaffirmed the Congress’s authority to conduct oversight on behalf of the American people, as it asks for further information from the Congress. Congress’s constitutional responsibility to uncover the truth continues, specifically related to the President’s Russia connection that he is hiding.
The Congress will continue to conduct oversight For The People, upholding the seperation of powers that is the genius of our Constitution. We will continue to press our case in the lower courts.
