New Group Of Republicans Ignited Fury Among Americans After Reportedly Filing Articles Of Impeachment Against President Biden

You gotta be kidding me.

Yet another group of shameless Republicans with too much time on their hands have attempted to remain relevant by filing articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden — claiming Biden is not fit for office and should be removed from the White House for not securing the border to their standards, his actions and decisions surrounding the removal of American troops from Afghanistan, and his efforts to place a ban on evictions amid the COVID-19 pandemic despite his saying that it may not pass Constitutional muster.

The Hill reports that Republican Ohio Representative Bob Gibbs is leading the charge against the President, joined by his fellow GOP members of Congress, Arizona’s Andy Biggs, and Texas’ Brian Babbin and Randy Weber.

This is not the first time, of course, that Joe Biden has been the subject of articles of impeachment, as the GOP’s biggest embarrassment, Marjorie Taylor Greene, filed articles of impeachment against him quite literally the day after he took office.

The fact of the matter is, these impeachment articles will fizzle out just as fast as they got started in a House of Representatives that boasts a Democratic majority. However, this pathetic effort on the part of the GOP does showcase how popular the introduction of articles of impeachment has become in the House whenever someone gets their knickers in a twist.

As we’re all well aware, disgraced former President Donald Trump was (rightfully) impeached by the House not once, but twice during his 4-year presidential term, only to be acquitted by the Republican Senate both times, ultimately avoiding removal.

This newest effort to steal the spotlight with articles of impeachment against President Biden was originally reported by The Washington Examiner.

In their report, they note that Republican House members are arguing Biden’s conduct “warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.”

In what we’re sure was an effort to pull the limelight onto himself, Gibbs recently tweeted about the introduction of articles of impeachment:

However, his announcement wasn’t met with much support:

Was the crisis in Afghanistan surrounding the pull out of American Troops Biden's fault or Trump's fault?
