There has been a vast amount of speculation as to why Donald Trump appears to have an unusual gait as he typically kicks one leg around to meet the other. And with Trump, appearance is everything, but this isn’t something the president can cover up like his taxes. Trump’s bizarre gait seems to have gotten progressively worse. Even the way Trump stands with his head and chest hovering over the rest of his body like a centaur would suggest he has frontotemporal dementia or something along those lines.
There’s a lot to pack in with Mr. Trump as his mental decline seems obvious to most of us. The president has repeatedly bragged about being able to say, “person, woman, man, camera, TV’ in the correct order, and that doesn’t help his case.
It’s always the right side of his body that he seems to have problems with. Also, he’s not telling the entire truth in this clip.

Team Trump has been trying to paint Democratic nominee Joe Biden as a man who has dementia, but it’s the president who has issues. Projection is a key feature of this administration, but Trump can’t hide that leg swing that’s been a problem ever since his mysterious visit at Walter Reed hospital.
