Ivanka Trump and her brother, Donald Trump Jr., may have learned how to stall the courts from their father, but they didn’t know not to mess with New York Attorney General Letitia James. Former President Donald Trump has tried to intimidate James by lashing out at her, which didn’t go down well. James’s office has officially issued subpoenas for Ivanka and Donald Jr. over its civil investigation regarding the possibility that former President Donald Trump and the Trump Organization manipulated and misrepresented the values of its various properties to obtain more favorable loans.
Trump’s adult spawn, though, chose not to comply with the subpoenas. James took to Twitter to let the two know that they are not above the law.
“Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump are trying to stop my office from interviewing them under oath as part of our investigation into the Trump Organization and Mr. Trump,” she tweeted. “Over two years of delay tactics won’t stop our investigation because no one is above the law.”

Late last month, James had a similar thing to say to the disgraced former President after lashing out.
“To be clear, neither Mr. Trump nor the Trump Organization get to dictate if and where they will answer for their actions. Our investigation will continue undeterred because no one is above the law, not even someone with the name Trump,” she said.
The Trumps cannot get around James. She will get to the bottom of the probe, and there is nothing they can do about it since he is no longer in power. The Trump family really aren’t as good at that law and order stuff as they’d like us to believe. I’m starting to see a pattern here.
