House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called upon Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Donald Trump from office after a day of chaos, death, injuries, and mayhem following the president encouraging his supporters to go to the Capitol. Pelosi said that if Pence declines to invoke the 25th Amendment, Congress members will move toward another impeachment article against Trump. Well, if you thought that Pence would be courageous enough to step forth to remove our unhinged, dangerous, narcissistic president, you’d be wrong.
According to what two Pence advisors told Business Insider, Pence is not supporting calls to remove President Trump from office by invoking the 25th Amendment. “Not happening,” said one of the Republicans close to Pence.
Pence and his team are trying to avoid that very showdown. They’re worried that it could spiral the country even further into chaos and partisan divide while potentially putting into jeopardy Pence’s own political aspirations of running for the White House himself in 2024.
Well, I think Pence’s future potential aspirations have already burned to the ground after tying himself to the most dangerous president in U.S. history. The only way to save his legacy would be to get the unfit president out of office for this country’s good. But that’s asking too much, I guess.
Trump supporters waved Confederate flags, constructed a noose on the Capitol lawn, and literally broke into the building, terrorizing lawmakers and others. It was so bad that Mike Pence had to be escorted off the premises for his safety while the Capitol was on lockdown. At this point, any plans that Pence has had of occupying the White House in the future are done.

Mass resignations are occurring from this administration as the rats have started jumping off the Trumptanic that’s just hit a massive iceberg. Pence might have been able to salvage his political career if he had put this country first. With team Trump, it was never about America First. Like everything else, that was just a shiny distraction for the gullible MAGA crowd. Mike Pence isn’t going to save us. He’s too chickenshit to do the right thing.
