President Obama Hits Back At Jared Kushner After His Comments About Black Americans’ Desire For Success: “Who Are These Folks? What History Books Do They Read?”

Hell hath no fury like an Obama scorned.

Obama, in these final weeks ahead of the election, has been on a tear campaigning for his former Vice President Joe Biden and it is somewhat cathartic to hear his response to things, after all, we have been through. Obama’s attempt to give the Trump administration a chance to grow into the job has now been put to the wayside — Donald Trump has failed us completely. Obama, not content with just correcting Trump’s older mistruths, is not allowing him to get away with any new lies either.

Haunted victorian boy Jared Kushner recently did an interview on Fox & Friends and said some utterly racist nonsense:

“One thing we’ve seen in a lot of the Black community, which is mostly Democrat, is that President Trump’s policies are the policies that can help people break out of the problems that they’re complaining about,” Kushner said Monday on Fox & Friends. “But he can’t want them to be successful more than they want to be successful.”

Thankfully, during his latest rally, Obama made it clear that he wasn’t going to let this statement go unanswered:

His son-in-law says Black folks have to want to be successful. That’s the problem. Who are these folks? What history books do they read? Who do they talk to?”

Obama then acknowledges the crowd’s response, saying, “They don’t read? Is that what is going on?” This pretty much hits the nail on the head. They are hateful billionaires that do not try to learn, or ask experts, or understand other people’s struggles.

Later in the speech, Obama puts everything into perspective for the Floridians and those of us watching at home when he perfectly sums up the last four years with this:

“Now, I’ve sat in the Oval Office with both of the men who are running for president,” said Obama. “In case you couldn’t tell, they’re very different people. I didn’t think Donald Trump would embrace my vision or policies but I did hope for the country’s sake he might show some interest in taking the job seriously. but he didn’t. He hasn’t shown any interest in doing the work or helping anybody but himself and his friends or treating the presidency as anything more than a reality show that can give him the attention that he craves. And he does crave attention.”
