The Biden administration as a whole has been doing a wonderful job in office, if you ask me, especially given the mess they were handed from the Trump era. However, if there’s anyone in Biden’s corner that does their job just absolutely splendidly, it’s his Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
To say that Psaki is the opposite of Trump’s Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany in every conceivable, wonderful way would be the understatement of the century. McEnany spent her briefings arguing with reporters, offering up stupid answers to questions, and overall dodging the fact that Trump’s presidency was nothing more than a dumpster fire of epic proportions. Though, I suppose it’s better than his previous press secretaries who just didn’t hold briefings at all. But, frankly, the bar for the Trump administration just never was very high.
However, watching Jen Psaki in action truly is a sight to be seen.
Psaki handles herself with grace and poise, arming herself with seemingly endless knowledge and the perfect amount of fire. And we’re not a bit afraid to admit — we can’t get enough of her. Especially when she handles things the way she did today.

During this afternoon’s press briefing, one Conservative reporter from Newsmax did what all Conservative reports seem to try to do to Psaki, and launched a downright ridiculous question in what is almost always an attempt to throw her off and result in an answer that they can somehow spin into a negative light. But folks, Psaki knows better.
Newsmax White House Correspondent Emerald Robinson asked Psaki today if President Biden would be firing U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, an African-American woman who has been in the U.S. Foreign Service for upwards of four decades.
Robinson claimed that Thomas-Greenfield “essentially said that white supremacy is woven into our founding documents and principles,” and appeared to suggest that President Biden should bow down to criticism and attacks from China regarding the Ambassador.
“This statement,” Robinson said, “is getting widely criticized as essentially parroting Chinese Communist Party talking points. So is the President going to remove her from her position as the representative before that body to promote United States values?”
Psaki kept her call and gave Robinson a calm but resounding “No” in response.
“Is the President going to remove an African American woman with decades of experience in the Foreign Service who is widely respected around the world from her position as Ambassador to the UN? He is not,” the Press Secretary responded. “He is proud to have her in that position. She is not only qualified, he believes she is exactly the right person in that role at this moment in time. I have not seen her comments, I will say that there’s no question that there has been a history of institutional racism in this country, and that doesn’t require the UN ambassador to confirm that.”
Robison didn’t back down, though, seemingly trying to dictate America’s foreign policy from the comfort of the White House briefing room, and went on to complain that Ambassador Robinson’s remarks are “essentially the same lecture though that the Chinese delegation gave Secretary Blinken in Alaska last month. So does the President think our founding documents are racist?”
Psaki was unfazed, responding, “I would say that, I will, I will leave my comments to speak for themselves, and certainly I think most people recognize the history of systemic racism in our country, and she was speaking to that.”
For the record, this country’s founding documents ARE inherently racist and literally include verbiage that allows slavery and counting slaves as only three-fifths of a person.
