For a couple of people who seemed to engage in illicit extra-marital affairs more than they changed their underwear, Jennifer and James Crumbley have been packing on as much PDA as they can humanly manage since finding themselves incarcerated and charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection to their son Ethan Crumbley shooting up his Oxford, Michigan, high school, killing four and injuring an additional seven.
Since the manhunt that ultimately led to the Crumbleys being found, arrested, charged, and held on half-million dollar bonds each for their negligence when it came to their gun-loving, wildly disturbed 15-year-old son, Jennifer and James have been caught on multiple occasions attempts to express their love towards one another right in the middle of their very serious court proceedings.
Not long ago, we reported here at Political Tribune on James mouthing the words “I love you” to his wife as they both sat before a judge.
Now, it seems that prosecutors on the case have had it up to here with Jennifer and James’ lovey-dovey bullshit as they face down literal murder charges.

New reporting from the Detriot News now reveals that Oakland Country Prosecutor Karen McDonald has filed a court motion seeking to put a stop to the Crumbleys’ sickening public displays of affection while they’re participating in very serious court appearances for their involuntary murder charges.

McDonald’s chief deputy prosecutor David Williams told the local publication that Jennifer and James’ court conduct “makes a mockery of the crimes they are accused of committing.”
“The courtroom is not a place for blowing kisses and sending secret signals,” Williams stated. “This is a time for families to pursue justice.”
Ethan’s parents are very clearly using these court appearances as makeshift video chats and McDonald said the inappropriate communications between the two is creating a “serious distraction” that’s extremely traumatic for the families and loved ones of their son’s victims.
