Ghislaine Maxwell, the former partner in crime to the late Jeffrey Epstein, was transferred to the Brooklyn Metro Detention Center where she awaits her fate for her part in a years-long sex trafficking operation that destroyed the lives of countless young women and underage girls.
We seemingly needn’t worry about the same fate as Epstein’s befalling his cohort:
Ghislaine Maxwell is in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. This is not the same jail where Jeffrey Epstein was housed.

But if she’s worried about her own fate, according to an old friend of hers, she may have an “insurance policy” to help get her out of more serious trouble than she may be facing otherwise. In last week’s edition of the UK’s Daily Mail, the details were laid out:
When officials raided Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse after his arrest last July, they found thousands of graphic photos that included images of underage girls and a safe filled with compact discs labeled ‘nude girls’, according to authorities.
Maxwell’s former friend explained: ‘Ghislaine has always been as cunning as they come. She wasn’t going to be with Epstein all those years and not have some insurance. The secret stash of sex tapes I believe Ghislaine has squirreled away could end up being her get out of jail card if the authorities are willing to trade. She has copies of everything Epstein had. They could implicate some twisted movers and shakers.’
They added: ‘If Ghislaine goes down, she’s going to take the whole damn lot of them with her.'”

If Maxwell truly does have a “secret stash” of sex tapes from Epstein’s years as an abuser and rapist, it may not quite serve as the “get out of jail” card her friend describes, but charges brought against any other high-level offenders could have some of the leverage Maxwell is surely seeking in order to avoid a lengthy prison sentence.
