As a matter of fact, a lot of entities are just now getting started with their cases against him, now that the treacherous man who one “ran” this country is no longer enjoying the protections that come with having your mail delivered to the White House.
According to a bombshell new report, one crucial Trump White House official has reached an agreement to testify before the House Judiciary Committee regarding findings that were contained in former special counsel Robert Mueller’s report.
NBC News reports that court documents filed last night show that former White House counsel Don McGahn will soon be privately sitting down with the House Judiciary Committee to give answers to questions about the information contained in the public portions of the Mueller report that was attributed to him. Thus far, a specific date for this private testimony has not yet been set.
Committee chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler said of McGahn’s impending testimony, “I am pleased that we have reached an arrangement that satisfies our subpoena, protects the Committee’s constitutional duty to conduct oversight in the future, and safeguards sensitive executive branch prerogatives.”

Filings with the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia state that a transcript of the former White House counsel’s testimony will be made public about a week after he speaks with the committee.
The House Judiciary Committee, which has subpoenaed McGahn’s testimony on the matter, and the Department of Justice, which has repeatedly challenged Congress’ authority to compel the courts to enforce subpoenas against executive branch officials, were able to come to this agreement.
Lawmakers have long considered McGahn to be the “most important” witness in Donald Trump’s possible obstruction of justice, related to the lengthy probe of the former president’s campaign ties to Russia.
