U.S. Senator Josh Hawley was one of the leading figures that pushed the Big Lie that led to the January 6 insurrection. While he’s not paying attention to the Senate impeachment hearing for Donald Trump, it’s obvious that he’s not an impartial juror. Well, really, most Republicans have made up their minds that Trump can do whatever he wants, and it’s fine by them. Hawley appears to be making a mockery of the hearing by putting his feet up while going through his paperwork in the gallery. Several reporters confirmed that Hawley didn’t appear to be interested in the trial.
