Reports Claiming Trump Golfed As His Younger Brother Died Should Not Be Surprising Since Mary Trump Claims He Went To The Movies While His Older Brother Passed

Yesterday, Donald Trump’s only living brother, Robert Trump, passed away — and according to multiple reports, Donald spent the last moments of his brother’s life at his private golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey instead of at Robert’s bedside.

Thus far, we are unsure as to what was ailing Robert Trump, or the ultimate cause of his health. However, Donald did go visit his younger brother at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan on Friday, before he departed for his scheduled weekend trip to his private golf club, and said that his brother was pretty seriously ill. Telling reporters as he left the White House, “He’s having a tough time” and “He’s in the hospital right now, and hopefully he’ll be all right.”

But, evidently, he wasn’t too overly concerned about his brother’s grave condition, considering report after report has indicated that Robert Trump succumbed to his ailments in the hospital, as his brother Donald stayed put at his private golf resort. Robert’s last moments on this earth came and went without a visit from his only living brother.

However, that shouldn’t really come as any surprise.

For one, we’ve known for years now what a selfish, self-centered, egotistical maniac Donald Trump truly is. For two, this isn’t the first time Donald has missed the last moments of a sibling’s life in favor of something he undoubtedly found more enjoyable.

According to Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, Donald pulled a very similar stunt when his older brother Fred Trump Jr. died of an alcoholism induced heart attack in 1981.

Details of Mary’s book, Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man, published in the New York Times, reveal that while Fred Trump Jr., known as “Freddy”, succumbed to his heart attack, Donald Trump went to see a movie — leaving Fred Trump to go to the hospital, where he would ultimately pass, all alone.

Frankly, we shouldn’t be a bit surprised that Donald Trump wasn’t about to abandon his personal plans in an effort to spend time with his brother during his very last moments.

I mean, the guy has a track record of just not giving a damn.
