Republican Analyst Claims Trump Sent In Feds To Portland As A Possible “Trial Run” To “Steal” The Election

Frankly, things have gotten just about as bad as they can in this country at this point.

Americans from coast to coast are quite literally losing their First Amendment right to peacefully protest right before our very eyes, as Donald Trump and his band of corrupt cronies that he’s successfully scattered throughout the government have deployed throngs of secret federal police to beat, assault, and even go so far as to kidnap individuals who are standing up against this corrupt administration, the systemic racism in the United States, and the very police brutality that they’re being subjected to for exercising their Constitutional rights.

It’s a level of fascism so horrifying and downright panic-inducing that many of us never dreamed we’d see anything like it in our lifetimes. Honestly, many of us didn’t even believe that it could happen. Yet here we are, with veterans and people of color and soccer moms and dads with leafblowers being brutally assaulted and kidnapped in the streets by a police force we didn’t even know existed. All while Donald Trump proves with each passing moment that it can and will get worse.

But according to John Heilmann, and anti-Trump Republican analyst who many on this side of the fence have come to trust and respect, there may be an even deeper, far more terrifying ploy behind Trump’s deployment of these federal police forces that goes far and beyond simply clearing the streets of the people who dare to disagree with him.

During a segment on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Heilmann theorized that Trump’s deployment of these federal forces may, in fact, be a trial run of what he plans to do should he lose November’s presidential election and refuse to accept defeat.

“I don’t want to be overly alarmist about this, but this is the time to be alarmist knowing where Donald Trump stands politically, understanding where we are headed in this election. I think we are looking at potentially a trial run for… a genuine attempt to, through intimidation, and potentially through force, to try to steal this election,” Heilmann explained.

“I think we are now at the point where we see the things that the president is doing, we see his intention to not accept an outcome of this election where he loses to Joe Biden.” 

This country is quite literally facing the very real possibility that Donald Trump may use federal forces against the American people to remain in office as president of the United States, regardless of the results of the democratic process this country was built upon.

All I can say, is we better be ready.
