Oh, he is not going to like this.

Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) seems to have moved further and further to the right, and his siblings aren’t pleased with their brother’s part in the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. Right-wing political activist Ali Alexander — a national “Stop the Steal” organizer — previously said that Arizona Reps. Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs worked with him to plan pro-Trump rallies, and that includes the one that ended with a deadly attack on the Capitol, the Arizona Republic reported.

Three siblings of Gosar’s have called him out before, and they are doing it again by pointing out that he is one of the key instigators of the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

“He should have criminal consequences,” one of his brothers, Tim Gosar, said in a video from the conservative group Republican Accountability Project, HuffPost reports. “And if he’s found guilty, he should go to jail.”

The video points to how Gosar helped spread Donald Trump’s Big Lie after the election and allegedly worked with activist Ali Alexander.

“There is no one member of Congress more responsible for the attack on the Capitol than Congressman Paul Gosar,” one of his sisters, Jennifer Gosar, said in the ad, which is set to run next week on Fox News. Even worse for Paul Gosar is that it will air in his district as well as in Flagstaff, where he resides.

Watch:

In January, Gosar’s siblings sent a letter to Rep. Raúl Grijalva (D-Ariz.) to ask for his help in removing their brother from Congress, the Arizona Republic reported.

“We know him to be an extremist, and we took that very seriously,” Jennifer Gosar said. “I believe that my brother has been a constant perpetrator of misinformation. … I’ve been incredulous at the lack of accountability thus far. I would think Wednesday would be certainly a line.”

“He’s set a dangerous sort of precedent along the 10 years he’s been in office,” Tim Gosar said. “When you talk about what happened the other day, you’re talking about treason. You’re talking about overthrowing the government. That’s what this is. If that doesn’t rise to the level of expulsion, what does?”

David Gosar said that his brother “has parroted the exact same lies that Trump has” about the election. “Five people are dead, and Congress has been attacked,” David Gosar said. “Somebody has to pay a penalty for it.”

If you’re having a bad day today, remember, at least you aren’t related to Paul Gosar.
