The Ratings For Trump’s First 60 Minutes Interview As POTUS Are In And It’s Unprecedented

This will surprise a lot of people.

We all know that President Donald Trump doesn’t care about any aspect of his job, making the future of this country better, or the people he is supposed to be serving. There’s only one thing that Trump has proven to care about time and time again, and that’s his ratings.

The president has spent his entire pathetic presidency bragging (and lying) about his crowd sizes and ratings, but the latest evidence is going to be hard to ignore and is sure to hit the president where it hurts. It turns out that Trump’s unhinged behavior is finally catching up to him and while part of America might have been entertained at first, they’re clearly tired of him and changing the channel now.

According to new data on Trump’s 60 Minutes interview with Lesley Stahl that aired last night, Trump only got 11.3 million total viewers and 1.8 in the 18-49 demo. Deadline reported that those numbers are WAY down – a “47% dive in the demo and 43% in total viewers” compared to Trump’s last 60 Minutes interview, which happened just after his 2016 election win.

This was Trump’s first 60 Minutes interview as POTUS and it should have been a clear win, but it was a massive failure considering that his last 60 Minutes interview as President-elect got 20 million total viewers and 3.4 in the demo.

Trump has been desperate for media attention lately, going on an insane and unhinged media blitz which he is trying to frame as “helping” the GOP in the midterm elections, even though we know he’s actually hurting the Republican Party and only interested in promoting himself.

Trump is absolutely going to flip out when he finds out about this. Like the true reality television star he is and will always be, Trump is being shunned in the only thing he gives a sh*t about – and it is glorious.
