Trump Allegedly Almost Told The World Tom Hanks Died Of Coronavirus Because He Didn’t Understand The Reports

You've got to be kidding me.

It’s no secret that Donald Trump is a geyser of misinformation. Frankly, he always has been — pushing false narratives in his favor, fake poll numbers, doctored stock market numbers, and outright lies about his political opponents or anyone else that dares to cross his arbitrary line.

But now that the coronavirus is rapidly infiltrating our nation, Trump’s spew of nonsense and misinformation has yet to stop, or even really slow down at all, and it’s causing even bigger problems than before.

As the nation begins to rapidly dissolve into hysterics and panic, Trump’s lies have gone from fake poll numbers to fake information regarding the deadly, novel virus and what was once a load of bull malarkey that most people could see through clearly has now turned to an influx of information that no one quite knows if they can safely trust or not.

After all, in times like these, people expect to be able to count on and trust in their government to protect them, right?

But when your government consists of Donald Trump and a cabinet full of his closest cronies, people are often left to their own devices.

Because when it comes down to it, the problem with Donald Trump isn’t simply that he’s a liar. (Though, he most certainly IS a liar.) But he’s also extremely ignorant.

As all this COVID-19 information continues to make its way out of his administration, a new report from the Courier-Mail now indicates that Trump’s stupidity reached a new level recently when it was revealed that world-renowned actors Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson were infected with coronavirus while filming Baz Luhrmann’s upcoming movie about Elvis Presley in Australia.

The Courier-Mail reports that there was more than a little confusion in the White House as the news broke that the actors had been “discharged” from the hospital. Evidently, Trump didn’t quite understand the meaning of “discharged” and was gearing up to pen a tweet about Hanks’ death before officials at the Australian-based US embassy caught him just in time and confirmed that Hanks and his wife were actually, in fact, alive and well.

Literally, our president was within moments of telling the entire Twitter-sphere that Forrest Gump had departed this life at the hands of the coronavirus all because he’s too damn stupid to read and comprehend at the same time.

That’s the world we live in, folks.
