Donald Trump spoke with reporters on Tuesday as he lashed out over his impeachment, then he was asked if he would consider a pardon for his former campaign strategist Roger Stone. Trump called Stone’s guilty verdict “unfair” and said he is a “good man” while at the same time, the “president” tried to distance himself from his longtime informal adviser who was convicted of seven felonies for obstructing the congressional inquiry, lying to investigators under oath and witness tampering.
Trump also deemed FBI officials to be “evil people.”
“He’s a good person and what they did to him was very unfair,” Trump says when asked if he’s going to pardon Roger Stone.
“Evil people…We have no place in our country for people like that,” he says of the FBI and other agencies that investigated Russia’s 2016 election attack.

Trump also said that it was “all a hoax” and added that General Flynn was “hit hard.”

“I think it’s very tough what they did to Roger Stone compared to what they do to other people on their side. I think it’s very tough. I think it’s a very tough situation. He got hit very, very hard just like General Flynn,” Trump said. “And it was all a hoax…What they did to him was very, very unfair in my opinion. And what they did to General Flynn is very unfair in my opinion.”
“And what they did to so many others is very unfair. And now we found out they were a bunch of dirty cops. Paid for by the DNC, paid for by Hillary Clinton in many cases,” he continued, unfortunately. “They did a phony dossier. They used the dossier for FISA…but these were dirty people, these were bad people. These were evil people and I hope that someday I’m going to consider it my greatest or one of my greatest achievements getting rid of them.”
Watch:
Trump thinks that law and order is an “unfair” process and after the lies and corruption from his administration have been exposed, he cries about the consequences for those who have been held accountable.
In Stone’s case, jurors deliberated for a little over seven hours before convicting him on all counts. In total, the charges carry a maximum prison term of 50 years.
Please cry some more, Mr. Trump.
