Donald Trump’s ego must have been really pumped up on Monday as he entered the Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad with Prime Minister Narendra Modi as “Macho Man” by the Village People played in the background with the event packed to capacity. Halfway into his MAGA speech, though, you could see a lot of people leaving while the former frozen steak salesman was still speaking. Trump reportedly mispronounced quite a few words as he bumbled through his speech.
While Trump’s rabid base may claim that we’re nitpicking, it is their president who claims to be a stable genius who knows the “best words,” so it’s fair game to scrutinize the douchekebab.
According to the BBC, Trump referred to the Indian philosopher Swami Vivekananda as Swami Vivekamanan, and called the Vedas—ancient Hindu religious texts—“Vestas.” Trump then went on to mangle the names of India’s biggest cricket stars.

Modi and Trump held hands while heaping praise on each other in front of a massive crowd in the city of Ahmedabad in Gujarat, Modi’s home state, in what’s claimed to be the largest cricket stadium in the world. An estimated 110,000 people attended the event.
“America loves India, America respects India and America will always be faithful and loyal friends to the Indian people,” Trump told the crowd. “India will always hold a very special place in our hearts.”
Trump called Modi “a man I am proud to call my true friend. Everybody loves him, but I will tell you he is tough.”
Modi introduced Trump by saying: “What he has done for realizing the American dream is well known.”
But halfway through President Chucklefuck’s speech, people started to exit the event.

Of course, Trump has conflicts of interest in going to India. As CREW’s Robert Maguire points out, one of the former reality show star’s “business partners is accused of massive fraud, while another is facing a funding crunch. Both of them have close ties to India’s ruling party, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
And then there’s this:
Don Jr. pushed a “blatantly illegal” project in India, according to a former official.
The project in Mumbai had its permits revoked after investigators found “significant irregularities.” Then Trump Jr. travelled to India to get the decision overruled. https://t.co/rbBwsycQel

Yeah, scrutinizing every word and every move this corrupt president makes is fair game.
