Donald Trump attended the Army-Navy college football game then took to his Twitter account to blast Fox News for daring to interview former FBI Director James Comey, an individual who has been critical of the “president” since his departure from the agency. Trump has recently become critical of his favorite network, and in one instance, he lashed out over their poll numbers that were unfavorable towards him. In October, when a Fox News poll found that a majority of registered voters believe he should be impeached, he responded in a tweet to say, “Whoever their Pollster is, they suck.”
Even the hosts of Fox & Friends have looked befuddled when the “president” would carry on with a seemingly unending rant. The Trump-friendly network even cut away from Trump’s speech after the former reality show star falsely claimed, “we have begun building the wall.” They were the only network covering his speech last year and even they couldn’t stomach his lie.
But, Trump obviously thinks he’s the boss of Fox News as he took to his Twitter account to lash out once again at his favorite network.
“Hard to believe that @FoxNews will be interviewing sleazebag & totally discredited former FBI Director James Comey, & also corrupt politician Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff,” he tweeted. “Fox is trying sooo hard to be politically correct, and yet they were totally shut out from the failed Dem debates!”

It’s so cringe-inducing when Republicans mention political correctness because they’re the very ones who can’t handle the slightest bit of criticism, and Donald just proved my point. Trump is defending himself against his looming impeachment by name-calling. Fox must be rethinking that whole state TV thing right now since their “president” is publicly losing his shit on a daily basis.
A Fox News staffer told Vanity Fair this week in regards to Trump’s impeachment, “He’s clearly worried we’re really going to cover this fairly, and he’s starting to freak. This is about keeping us in line.”
