It’s certainly no secret that Trump and his people have been absolutely desperate for some sort of win, somehow, somewhere, when it comes to his multiple lawsuits alleging voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election — a talking point they’ve been harping on for months, well before Election Day was even here. However, no matter how much you whine and complain, when it comes to the courts, you have to prove it. And if there’s one thing these people are short of, it’s proof.
Donald Trump and his legal team have yet to secure a single win in court when it comes to these baseless and defeating allegations of fraud in the American Democratic process. And when it comes to his lawsuits in Pennsylvania, things just got a whole lot worse.
Trump’s campaign was issued a deadly blow by a federal judge that Donald himself appointed when they attempted to have the entire state’s votes thrown out.
In filings released today, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Judge Stephanos Bibas blistered the outgoing President and his people for not only offering up no proof of their allegations but failing to even present specific allegations of the supposed voter fraud.

“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy,” the judge wrote. “Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”
The Trump-appointed judge went on to point out that Donald’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani specifically told the courts that they were not actually alleging fraud at all in their efforts to have the results of the election tossed out.
“The Campaign tries to repackage these state-law claims as unconstitutional discrimination. Yet its allegations are vague and conclusory,” he explained. “It never alleges that anyone treated the Trump campaign or Trump votes worse than it treated the Biden campaign or Biden votes.”
Bibas went a step further when he specifically pointed out a judge who dismissed the claims made by the Trump campaign with prejudice.
