Trump Attacks Portland Mayor On Twitter, Calls Him A “Dummy” And Appears To Issue Thinly-Veiled Threat: “He Hasn’t Seen Anything Yet”

We KNEW this was coming.

Last night, in Trump’s America, yet another protester was shot — this time in Portland.

Of course, Donald Trump’s first instinct and desire is to send in the full force of the United States National Guard, which he believes stands ready at his beck and call, to “deal” with protesters in whatever way he sees fit — which translates to batons and rubber bullets and pepper spray.

However, Portland’s Mayor, Ted Wheeler, was quick to tell Trump just exactly where to shove that in a press conference this afternoon, in which he not only made it clear that he wasn’t interested in Trump’s “help” but set the blame for the violence at Trump’s feet where it belongs.

But Donald Trump never could stand to be challenged, and this situation with the Portland mayor is certainly no exception to his egotistical rule.

It was no time at all before the president took to his Twitter account with a brutal, ugly attack against the Portland mayor, a slight against Joe Biden, and what felt to us like a very thinly-veiled threat regarding the whole situation.

“Ted Wheeler, the wacky Radical Left Do Nothing Democrat Mayor (sic) of Portland, who has watched great death and destruction of his City (sic) during his tenure, thinks this lawless situation should go on forever,” Trump tweeted. “Wrong! Portland will never recover with a fool for a Mayor… He tried mixing with the Agitators and Anarchists and they mocked him. He would like to blame me and the Federal Government for going in, but he hasn’t seen anything yet. We have only been there with a small group to defend our U.S. Courthouse, because he couldn’t do it….The people of Portland, like all other cities & parts of our great Country, want Law & Order. The Radical Left Democrat Mayors, like the dummy running Portland, or the guy right now in his basement unwilling to lead or even speak out against crime, will never be able to do it!”

While Trump didn’t specifically call out the Democratic nominee by name, we all know good and well who he was referencing with his “basement” quip — as the right has long been claiming that Joe Biden hides in his basement, and Biden had just released a powerful statement on violence in this nation about an hour before Donald’s tweet.

Not to mention, “he hasn’t seen anything yet” sure does sound like a threat to me if I’ve ever heard one.

Is enough enough yet?
