Trump Called Into Fox News, Said “People Are Missing Us,” And People Didn’t Hold Back

Former President Donald Trump releases statements daily to be tweeted out by his spokesperson Liz Harrington to circumvent his ban on the behemoth social site. The twice-impeached one-term president’s statements typically bash his successor, Joe Biden. No other president has ever done that, and that’s because they don’t want this country to fail. If Trump cared about the United States, he would want President Biden to do well.

The former president called into Fox News and insisted that “people are seeing the great job that we did”  and claimed that “we had the greatest economy in the history of our country.”

That’s just not true. Trump left office with the worst jobs record since Herbert Hoover. And President Biden is trouncing Trump regarding the economy.

Trump also claimed, “We had the best Hispanic support,” even though Biden won Hispanic voters by 21 points, 59 percent to 38 percent. So, that’s a lie. “I just think that people are missing us,” he added.

Watch:

Twitter users piled in.

Why would we miss that thing? The former president tried to start a civil war on Jan. 6 to stay in power. Trump only represented his far-right base and not the rest of us. Trump still hasn’t conceded the election he lost to Joe Biden in the electoral and popular vote. Trump danced to YMCA while Americans were dying. He surrendered to the coronavirus without putting up a fight. Hell no, we don’t miss that.
