Trump Claims Biden Should Sit For An Interview With Chris Wallace: “He’ll Be On The Ground Crying For Mommy”

President IMAX strikes again!

While Donald Trump’s interview today was painful to watch since he’s our current president, it did provide excellent material for Joe Biden to use for an ad, possibly. The interview by Fox News’s Chris Wallace was on point: The host calmly fact-checked the president and didn’t just let Trump throw out falsehoods. At one point, President IMAX questioned presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s ability to do a similar interview with Wallace. Trump had to know he was flailing about during the interview.

“Let Biden sit through an interview like this, he’ll be on the ground crying for mommy,” Trump said on Fox News Sunday while crying about the interview. “He’ll say, ‘Mommy, mommy, please take me home.”

Watch:

Trump repeatedly questioned Biden’s mental acuity throughout the interview and claimed that the presumptive Democratic nominee was “shot” while dismissing all of the polls that show him trailing Biden and saying “the country, in the end, they’re not going to have a man who — who’s shot. He’s shot, he’s mentally shot.”

“Let him come out of his basement, go around, I’ll make four or five speeches a day, I’ll be interviewed by you, I’ll be interviewed by the worst killers that hate my — my guts,” Trump insisted. “They hate my guts. There’s nothing they can ask me that I won’t give them a proper answer to.”

Trump’s interview was so disastrous that at one point, he once again boasted over the mental acuity test he took, then Wallace shot back, “I took the [cognitive] test too when I heard you passed it. It’s not the hardest test. It shows a picture, and it says, ‘what’s that,’ and it’s an elephant.”

Trump might as well have said, “I are smart. I pointed to a picture of an elephant. I’m a big boy!” because that’s what it amounts to when the president boasts over passing a very simple test.

I’m not sure how anyone can watch that interview and conclude that he’s an intelligent and stable man who should have another four years in office. As for his challenge to Joe Biden… Sure, he could do an interview with Wallace — or he could just sit back and chill while Trump continues to campaign for him inadvertently.
