We’ll give Donald Trump the validation he so badly seeks: He has done a lot. Former President Barack Obama pulled this country out of a recession then handed Trump a solid economy. So, what did Trump do? He used Ronald Reagan’s failed “trickle-down” policy to gift the wealthiest with a tax cut. Trump said during a televised interview that Social Security and Medicare will be on the chopping block, then the very next day he denied saying it and somehow blamed Democrats.
Trump has increased our country’s debt while manufacturing has entered into a recession, and he failed to provide us with an alternative to Obamacare. Trump did, however, provide us with an impeached “president” due to his own corrupt actions. Trump has gifted us with division, violent tweets taunting other countries into war, and chaos. So, when Trump just tweeted that “it’s amazing what” he’s done, adding that it’s “the most of any President in the first three years,” we have to agree with him on that. Trump has done a lot of damage in a short period of time. Donald J. Trump is the swamp.
