Donald Trump phoned into Fox & Friends on Monday morning, and the interview was unsurprisingly bonkers, littered with lies while he lashed out at presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, mail-in voting, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and a list of his other grievances. Trump makes every issue all about him; no one was shocked when the president offered a tribute to his late brother, Robert, on his favorite TV news show, and talked about how his newly departed sibling was his “biggest fan.” Trump’s malignant narcissism was on full display as he praised his late brother for not being “jealous” of his accomplishments.

“He wasn’t a jealous person; he was a very smart guy,” Trump said. “You know, he would be there, and he’d be behind me and… if I had the Number-One show, if I had big success, no matter what I did, even if it’s real estate deals or anything else, he was right there and in many cases helped me very much with whatever I did.”

“When I became president, he was one of the most loyal people,” Trump continued. “There was no jealousy. You know, a lot of times in families, I hate to say it, but there’s jealousy, especially among children… There was not an ounce of jealousy. He’d go around talking about how great this is for the country, and it’s so incredible. He was my biggest fan.”

Here’s the full transcript. It’s even worse when you read it.

That was a eulogy by a narcissist in which the president alleges that his brother’s most significant accomplishment was not being jealous of his success. It’s as if Trump trotted out his deceased brother’s corpse to campaign for him. I want off this ride.
