Trump Is Apparently Still Mad At Mike Pence For Failing To Help Him Steal The Election, Attacks Former VP In Another Unhinged Statement

Sheer lunacy.

Former President Donald Trump lashed out at Mike Pence, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), and House Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in a statement on Wednesday. The former guy is still holding a grudge over his loss to President Joe Biden on both the electoral and popular vote, and he’s mad that his former vice president wouldn’t help him overturn the election results. And he went after Cheney because she has repeatedly criticized the former president for his actions that resulted in the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. Republicans that won’t prop up Trump’s Big Lie aren’t very popular in their own party, and certainly not with the former president.

“Warmonger Liz Cheney, who has virtually no support left in the Great State of Wyoming, continues to unknowingly and foolishly say that there was no Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election when in fact, the evidence, including no Legislative approvals as demanded by the U.S. Constitution, shows the exact opposite,” Trump wrote.

“Had Mike Pence referred the information on six states (only need two) back to State Legislatures, and had gutless and clueless MINORITY Leader Mitch McConnell (he blew two seats in Georgia that should have never been lost) fought to expose all of the corruption that was presented at the time… we would have had a far different Presidential result,” the former president added.

Twitter users piled in:

Trump is obviously upset about his Facebook ban. The former president sustained a narcissistic injury when President Biden defeated him, and now he’s rejected by social media sites for inciting the insurrection. And everything that Trump said in his statement was a lie.
